On 16 October, as part of the 18th Yerevan International Music Festival, the pianist Iddo Bar-Shai joins the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra under the conductor Jack Gonzalez-Harding.

This year's festival is dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Armenia's independence, with VTB Armenia Bank as its sponsor. It closes on 14 November with a recital by Grigory Sokolov.
